Kirby Ann Basken a 21 year old half Filipino and half Norwegian won this year’s Miss Norway Universe crown. This means that two Filipinas will be competing in this year’s Ms. Universe Pageant, Mexico City.
Last June 2006 she joined and was crowned Mutya ng Pilpinas-Asia Pacific International 2006.
